J'adore mon cours avec Lisa parce qu'elle est très sympa. Les corrections sont utiles et elle m'aide à m'améliorer. Je me sens libre de m'exprimer avec elle et c'est vraiment important pour moi avec un professeur! :)

Another lovely lesson with Lisa. Today I shared my diary that I wrote in French and corrected grammar together - especially past tense. I always knew that Lisa was good at explaining subtle nuances but today, she definitely helped me understand the difference between "s'est mis en tête" and "s'était mis en tête" !

Before our session, shared Lisa a few pages from the book « Le pays des autres » and read together. Sometimes, even though I know the meaning of each word, cannot figure out when they are sticked together in one sentence... It's fun to decipher phrase by phrase - because Lisa is the best at explaining definition! She has great examples when explaining vocabularies. Today I learned: rationner, cantonné(e) à.

Being busy with work, booked 30 minute session instead of the usual 1hour and still learning so much ! ☺️

Another great lesson. Lisa listens patiently and then later highlights an area to focus on, she then subtly returns us to the area of focus at intervals throughout the lesson. A very effective way to learn
