Namhee

Today's lesson was about the structure of Korean sentences, which is very different from English, German or even my native language: Indonesian. Namhee also introduced the particle "toshi," which determines the function of words in a sentence. She explained everything clearly, making an entirely new concept easy to understand. I'm excited for the next lesson!

During today's session we worked on conjugating verbs and adjectives in the present, past and future tenses. At first, I found the rules a bit challenging to understand but Namhee was incredibly patient. She took the time to repeat the explanations at a slower pace, which really helped me grasp the concepts. I am happy that I was able to understand everything by the end of the lesson.

I had a great lesson with Namhee today. We reviewed what we covered in the previous lesson and then focused on the linking sounds of the double batchim. Even though the lesson is getting more complicated, she explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way. We practiced a lot of reading and she gave me examples that were really relevant to my goal of traveling to Korea. I definitely make progress every week thanks to her helpful teaching style!

I had another engaging lesson with Namhee. Today, I asked her about a word from a K-pop song and she not only explained it but also introduced other question words and how to form both positive and negative answers. We then continued from last week's lesson, diving into exceptions in verb and adjective conjugation. She provided examples that are aligned to my learning goal.

Today we covered two topics: parts of the body and basic verbs. Namhee presented the material using pictures, which made it easier to understand the words. In addition to the lesson, she also gave me some useful tips for traveling to Korea, which I really appreciated. As usual, learning Korean with Namhee is enjoyable.

It's been a pleasant learning journey so far with Namhee. We set clear study goals during the trial lesson and she provided me with a helpful lesson plan, materials as well as weekly review mails that have really supported my progress. We began with the history of the Korean alphabet, which was a solid foundation to learn the whole language and by the third lesson, we were already working on linking sounds to read Korean more naturally. Every session is engaging and informative. Highly recommend Namhee to anyone learning Korean!
