I am halfway through my first package with Luigi, and have found the lessons so far to be perfectly adapted to my needs. Luigi is easy to talk to and very good at explaining the subtle differences between alternative ways of phrasing a particular thought. I also find it helpful that he is familiar with multiple languages and can draw instructive comparisons and contrasts among them. Highly recommended.

I have been taking lessons from Luigi for almost a year. We talk about a broad range of topics, and as a result, my vocabulary and ability to converse in Italian have improved immensely. Luigi is extremely engaging, friendly, and patient. He is great a creating an environment where I am not afraid to make mistakes: he strikes a good balance between gently correcting and encouraging. Another thing that I really appreciate about him is that he follows up on questions that come up during our sessions, often sending an answer or insight via message mid-week. It really shows that he cares about his students’ learning. If you are looking to improve your Italian, I definitely recommend you try a lesson with Luigi.

Really nice conversation and vary patient

My first lesson with Luigi was a real pleasure. He is a very friendly teacher who made me feel welcome and at ease. Luigi is patient, though I haven't used Italian for a veeeeery long time, he asked questions to keep the conversation going. It turned out that my italian is not completely forgotten what motivated me to get back to learning. Luigi is a very friendly guy, I enjoyed having a lesson with him!
