Senor Larry was an amazing teacher for my very first Spanish lesson on italki! I was super nervous because I am not very confident with having Spanish conversations. Larry gave me so much encouragement, and he slowed down his speaking in Spanish so that I could understand. He also explained to me that learning a foreign language is a process, and I need to keep moving forward because one day I will be able to speak Spanish fluently. It takes determination and consistency. I definitely recommend Larry to help with anyone learning how to speak Spanish and all the other languages that he knows. Muchas gracias Senor Larry!

My lessons are going very well with this instructor. He also recommends materials to use outside of class.

Perhaps the most helpful thing I learned during this Span ish lesson is that Spanish speakers, speak using a "flow", where as in English we concentrate on individual words. I'll begin to learn to listen for the flow instead of individual words.

My first lesson was a very good experience. I plan to continue with this teacher.
