Ryuichi

Ryuichi-sensei was amazing! Very skilled and experienced! I learned so much in one lesson. I was able to understand Japanese grammar and word usage, and gain more excitement and passion for learning and speaking Japanese. He is very thorough in explaining. He is interesting and friendly. In just one session, he understood my Japanese level and helped me understand what I needed moving forward!

Ryuichi-sensei has excellent English skills and can explain things well. He is very easy to talk to and has abundant experience teaching. I like that he doesn't interrupt while I talk but will often provide feedback afterwards on how to sound natural. Because of how well the first lesson went, I have already booked a second one.

Ryuichi-san talks in a very real way, which is nice; a lot of times as a learner you get kind of baby-talked to. My favorite part is he goes over what I say with a fine-tooth comb, which is fantastic! I've been looking for a teacher like him that wouldn't let me get away with bad habits or un-Japanese sentences for a long time. Thanks Ryuichi-san! また来週！
