I completed a 120 hour TEFL course in 2020. I have also taught children from the ages of five to eighteen in Acting and English speech. I love this work as it is incredibly rewarding and allows me to help young minds develop! I ran a youth club for High School Children for a year and I love using this to help make people's day a little bit brighter! Also, I have tutored teenagers for their English GCSE exams and I am currently running a Performing Arts Club at my Church! My teaching experience has allowed me to understand the best techniques and styles. Interesting conversations at your language level. My preferred way of learning and teaching languages is through conversation, songs and games. We can talk about the cultures of different countries, current affairs or about art, music, literature, film and TV. This is a good way of getting comfortable in a language and of using words and phrases that are actually useful. We can look at a song together and think about the words. Perhaps you can learn the words of songs by heart for your homework in order to memorise useful expressions.
