Both are suitable responses to a question. Example:
'Shall we meet at 8pm?'
'That's fine with me.'
or
'Yes, I'm fine with with that.'

They are both correct. ¨That's fine with me" has been correct and familiar for as long as I've been alive. "I'm fine with that" is more recent. I think it started to become popular perhaps 20 years ago. Fifty years ago it would have been unfamiliar and a little puzzling.

I'd agree, Dan. I would have said the same, except in my case possibly with a slightly later timescale - the time it takes for expressions to filter across the Atlantic.

It's true, you can actually say it either way! So, they're both correct. Therefore, you can say it whichever way you're most comfortable with!?!
