Throughout the whole humans history, there were some great inventions that deeply promoted the process of the history, such as papaer, electricity, computer,etc... Among them, one invention isreally hard to create due to its complex structure. It's the stepper that makes NM level chips which can be used in smart phones, tablets and other electronic devices. Without that tiny thing, the world won't work anymore. When we see a hair, we usually think that it's really thin. In fact, you can put over 200 hunderd components in a chip which is as large as a tiny hair. A stepper is the machine that can produce the chips. Only one company in the world can make the chips under 7 NM. I really cn't imagine that who was the guy invented this kind of machines.
