His work is about reclaiming boundaries, rediscovering your voice, and learning to live with confidence and emotional truth, not guilt or fear. Through his powerful message and lived experience, Jason shares how to stop betraying yourself in the name of being “nice” and start living a life rooted in authenticity, clarity, and freedom. ✨ In this episode, Jason shares: 💬 What “detrimental kindness” really means — and why it’s so common for high achievers 🧠 How fear of judgment leads to self-silencing in relationships and workplaces 💪 Practical tools to build boundaries and emotional resilience 🌍 How to reconnect with your authentic self and communicate with confidence 💡 Why breaking free from over-helping leads to stronger, healthier connections Whether you’re a professional who struggles to say “no,” or someone who constantly puts others first, this episode will help you recognize your worth and start setting boundaries that protect your energy and peace.

Environmental risks have been confusing humans for a few decades. From the air pollution in London 200 years ago to the global temperature broke the historic record, governments around the world appealed each individual to try their best to protect our home: the earth, but everything didn't goes the way what people had expected. Many people around the world still think that protecting the environment is a task only for the governments. They don't realize that each of us is a part of the environment. Each active we do can difinitely affect the enviroment. One or two pieces of tissuce you use means more or less trees will be cut. Planting a litlle plant in your house also changes the enviroment. Something you do is a tiny step in your daily life, but if 8 billon people do the same thing, what will happen? Survivorship bias is a very dangerous signal for environmental protection. None can avoid being punished when the enviroment finally is ruined!
