Question: Which is/are grammatically correct? Is the 15a equal to the 15b? And 16a = 16b?

La meta de un profesor es minimizar el dolor de sus alumnos; esto es buenas y malas noticias… Es bueno porque puedes pedirle más información a tu profesor sobre este tema, pero es desventaja si no tienes profesor... ¿o es desventaja...?
