Organizations should implement formal recognition programs, provide opportunities for peer-to-peer recognition, and create a culture where appreciation is valued. By investing in employee recognition, organizations can reap the benefits of increased job satisfaction, improved employee engagement, and enhanced organizational performance.

1月の第2月曜日は「成人（せいじん）の日」です。日本では去年から18才が大人のスタートになりました。世界では18才の国が多いようですね。
例外を調べてみました。えーシンガポールは21才ですね。でも、お酒とたばこは18才からって、日本と反対なのが、おもしろいです。それから、プエルトリコは14才ですか！選挙（せんきょ）もお酒もたばこもOKだなんて、ちょっと想像（そうぞう）ができない…すみません、プエルトリコの方、いらっしゃったら、教えてください。
