On weekends, I purposely go for a walk aiming to achieve over 10,000 steps!!
Because I work from home two to three times a week, and when I do, I do not get
even 500 steps😥😥 I hope walking on weekends can make up for a luck of physical
activities during working days. I successfully achieved my goal today!! I'm
tired!!👏On weekends, I make a deliberate effort to walk, aiming for over 10,000 steps! Since I work from home two to three times a week, my step count barely reaches 500 on those days 😥. Walking on weekends helps compensate for the lack of physical activity during the workweek. Today, I successfully reached my goal! Feeling accomplished but tired! 👏
