I'm from Czech republic and we can study all levels at state school/University. I can't say that these schools are better or worse then private schools. It depends on each of them. For example, Charles University in Prague is the best university and on the other hand reputation of University of Law in Plsen is in the end of list.

I can't say that these schools are better or worse then private schools. It
depends. For example, Charles University in Prague is the best
university, but the University of Law in Plsen is the worst.

Yeah in my opinion I think education should be free at least till the high school. (12th grade).
