Hi everyone!! hope you're all doing great. Would you mind telling me what your
thoughts are on this argument "The arts"? Thanks a lot for your help :-)
Fortunately more and more people worldwide, especially the youth/young people , are starting to
appreciate and regard the various styles of arts as an essential human activity,
which provide satisfaction, invaluable moments of inner tranquility, as well as
emotional balance. Nevertheless, it is also true that few people can afford to
contemplate the diverse forms of arts due to their high-priced tickets which do
not suit all budgets, as in the case of classical music performances or private
exhibitions. I am firmly convinced that many of the arts should be accessible to
all audiences, and that could be plausible thanks to these two indispensable
initiatives: brigning arts to all students in school institutions, and public
funding granted by the government. Kids and adolescents are really fascinated by
the arts since they are part of their deep essence and nature. Therefore, It
would be absolutely necessary for schools to rearrange a broader spectrum of
artistic activities on their school curricula/programming in order to enable
their students to have daily art experiences on all subjects and elsewhere. It
is not just my belief but there is a widespread opinion that governments should
grant support to both artists to let them evolve their arts creativitely with no
financial hardships , and the different art institutions/organizations so that
many of them cease to be a luxury available to few. In a nutshell, we definitely
need to be in direct contact with art seeing that enjoyment of it is part of
what it means to be human.
Hi Laura. I wasn’t sure if you wanted this corrected and commented on, so I have done both. It’s a very well argued article, well done. And I’ve corrected the (very few) typos you made. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Simon
