Having a good quality of sleep makes us productive and keeps us healthy. Concerning sleep, quality is inevitable in our life.
In this essay, I will explain what insomnia affects my body.
Since the pandemic has been started, I have suffered insomnia.
The more I felt stressed, the more I got depressed. I Couldn'tsleep at all. Once in a while, I checked my phone to make sure of the time. It was 2 am, another time 4 am. I wasn't able to awake in the morning. That made me crazy. One day, I had tinnitus and dizziness. I went to Otolaryngology. I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease. The doctor gave me sleeping pills. But I didn't rely on these types of drugs.
I started swimming every day and tried to reduce caffeine as much as possible. Honestly, I have had addicted to caffeine. I would love to have coffee every meal. My English teacher suggested Chai tea instead of coffee. It worked well for me.
I can beat this illness; my sleeping qualities are getting better day by day. I still struggle with dizziness sometimes, But I believe I can overcome both symptoms.
