Hello everyone.
I'd like to write about health. Before that, I don't like to exercise. Therefore, I can't do exercise regularly. In addition, I like to eat, so I can’t do dietary restriction and dietary management. However, doing nothing is not good for my health, so I do the bare minimum. Today, I'm going to introduce what I usually keep in mind.
First, I eat vegetables and fruits. Recently, I eat fruits and yogurt for breakfast. I like them, so I'm not disgusting at all. But, as I said before, I can’t do dietary restriction and dietary management. I don’t know the nutrition or role of each, so I eat what I like fruits. I have heard that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I eat it without fail. My mother always buys my favorite fruits and yogurt. I'm helped by her. And I try to eat salad every meal. If I get bored, I eat it by changing the taste.
Second, I walk a lot. For example, use the stairs, walk to the next station, and so on. It is difficult for me to find time to go gym for a workout. Instead, I like walking, so I often take a walk. I have heard that exercise is a great stress-reliver. I don’t like to exercise hard, but I try to keep light walking going.
Finally, I try to sleep a lot. However, I always staying up late at night, so I can't sleep much. I often overslept. I want to sleep early, but I must do my homework. And I go to my part-time job. It's always late. I think I can't be helped, but I should do my homework systematically. Moreover, during long vacations, my life is always reversed day and night. It’s not good either, so I want to improve.
That is what I usually do. Other, I often stretch after taking a bath instead of I don’t usually exercise. I think these are good behavior on healthy. I’m doing the bare minimum, so I don’t see results much. However, thanks to these actions, I don’t catch colds and sickness recently. I think today’s my lifestyle will affect the future. I would like to continue them.
