Eating healthy is crucial for our mental and physical health. First of all, it is important to prepare a balanced meal to stay healthy as it provides us with all the essential nutrients we need. Second, a healthy meal doesn’t contain preservatives and every ingredient is homemade. And finally, it is essential to cook food without frying it , and add plenty of vegetables because they are rich in fiber that are important to the function of our intestines, besides, they are rich in antioxidants that help our cells to fight cancerous oxidants.
