Hello beautiful community! I would like to ask about international couples out there . What’s been your biggest cultural shock? Have you visited each other countries? Is there anything different about daily habits or tasks that are done differently or don’t even exist? In my experience, even though my husband is from LATAM as well, we have found many things that are extremely different :). Starting with food, the variety and quality of ingredients creates a total different menu for each individual. In Mexico we eat nopal, tortilla and chili, but for my husband this doesn’t even exist, but he has the famous and delicious asado so easy to buy and cook which I can’t find in my country if it isn’t in an expensive restaurant . He got shocked and amazed by the Día de Muertos and had such a wonderful experience totally different from the despair and sadness he has experienced on Argentina. And in my country we have the family as the core of society, but for him it is friends. Even the electrodomestics are different for each of one on the availability and price.
