Students cancel last minute without cancelling... what is the procedure?
What's the procedure when a students cancels last minute?

I've had the situation when a student has cancelled 2 minutes after the start and one hour before (different students).

What is the protocol in this situation?

As a student, if I can't cancel at least 24 hours before, I must pay for the class. I think it's fair because the teacher could have used his time to teach another student.

We can charge the student or reschedule the lesson. I think what you do depends on whether it is a new student or one you've been teaching for a while.
