Healthy way of life.
What is a health? I think it is so complicate for simple answer. Health will be an ideal for archiving all of us but never to reach. What touches my way of life of course it’s can’t be healthy. I think like this. Maybe my way of life is much healthier than way of life of the most people around me but in any case I try to live better. Not always it is possible. In this case simply I try to live healthier.
For healthy way of life is very important healthy diet, not only for me but for all people. Today we can say that it is practically possible like impossible too. We have all products what we need but so little products are really clean and healthy. What’s about me I think that I have keep a diet. Practically I can’t keep it because I don’t have a strict regime of day. I can eat very early or late it’s depending from a situation. I think that majority of people knows what we have eat for healthy diet but the most of us depends from different factors and as a result can’t eat well. I am not exception from these rules. For this case I can’t eat healthy. I will not describe how really healthy diet maybe looks because I don’t know how it looks and at second many people will be disagree with diet like mine. Important is another who will be accepting with mine way of diet if I myself don’t keep it. But I can only say that of course to keep diet is important for each of us. But I advise before keeping diet better to consult with doctor. It is only my personal opinion.

I watched a plethora of documentaries (Weigh of the Nation, Food Inc., The Man Who Made us Fat) that show how damaging excessive processed food in our bodies is.

 

It scared me enough to give me will power to change my habits.

 

Start small. Change one meal/food a day. Keep a food diary and write everything down - calories, amounts of fat, sugar and salt. See what you can change - decrease the excessive damaging stuff and increase the good stuff.

 

For example, I've been slowly decreasing the amount of sugar I add to my food (about 2 years). Today I only use one teaspoon of sugar a day (the safe daily limit is 6 teaspoons).
