Hey! I've learnt English for ten years but I need to improve my listening skills. My proposal is to write some webs where we could see series and films with English subtitles, I'm sure it'll be helpful for all us if we put the sites we know :)
I start with Ororo.tv, there are a lot of English series with English subtitles for free and also there are some films that you can watch free.
Guys the limit problem you can resolve installing "Hola" in your browser and when your time end you simply change the country ;)
OroroTV is awesome but check it out "peliculator" is another amateur cool.
I see the serie "Girlmore girls" with www.series.ly. But its subtitles are in Spanish.

Marta is right, Ororo.tv is a good site if you want to watch English series with subtitles!
You can find many of them, really.
The thing is that they ask you to log in with an e-mail addresse and a password, at beginning, it's true.
The other thing is that, in a free access, you can only watch one hour a day of series. To get no-limit time, they'll ask you to pay a subscription.
As you see, yes, there are some limits (do you remember, like Megaupload ...). However it is a good site for subtitled series: if you understand Russian, you can also have translation by clicking on them.
yes ororo is fantastic (it's the only one I know)

there is a time limit so you must wait 24h or somthing like that
