Hu--胡辣汤

I went to the canteen for dinner a little later than usual tonight to find that most of the dishes were sold out. So I have no better choice than Hu La Tang "胡辣汤," which is a specialty originating in the Henan Province where my hometown precisely is located in. O(∩_∩)O哈哈~ I thought wondered how to call say it in English while I was enjoying the soup. I found the answer in the dictionary after I finished it.
"Soup With Pepper," "Hu Maeuntang" or "Hu." They are a little strange but interesting. There are many Chinese dishes, do all of them have English names?
我今晚去餐厅比平时晚了些，发现饭菜差不多都卖完了，只能喝胡辣汤了。胡辣汤是河南的特产，我家就是河南的，嘿嘿~喝汤的时候我就在想，怎么用英语说胡辣汤呢，吃完饭我就查了一下词典。
"Soup With Pepper," "Hu Maeuntang," "Hu."它们听上去怪怪的，但是蛮有意思的，所有的中国菜都有英文名字吗？
