Have you come back yet? If a person, for example my friend, had a trip somewhere (to visit her parents), and then returned, what would be the most appropriate question? - I have some variants here : 1) Have you come back yet? 2) Have you come back already? 3) Did you get back yet? 4) Did you get back already? 5) Are you already back? 6) ...(somthing else may be ?) I want to know, which variant sound in a more natural way, and which are not correct? Also, may be there are some diffirencies in their meanings? I mean, may be the first variant imply, that I expected her to be back, or to be just in the way,..? Thank you for your help.

if I met someone that I didn't see for a certain period of time, I usually ask Him/Her 'Where have you been?', or kind of short and simple expressions like 'wow! you're back' if I close enough to Him/Her.

Colloquially, I would say " Are you back yet?" or your variant in no. 1. You ask this question to your friend if you don't actually know for sure whether she is back or not but want to know. Your variant in No. 2 or colloquially "are you back already?" is perhaps a rhetorical question. It could be used when your friend contacts you and you are surprised as you were not expecting her back so soon.
