Advantages and disadvantages of smartphones Many people have a Smartphone. In fact, in Spain I would say almost people have a smartphone. I think it’s a good gadget because you can use in many ways. These days a mobile phone it’s not only a phone. A mobile it’s near to a personal computer. The main advantage of a Smartphone is that it’s very flexible. I mean, you can listen to music or podcast, surfing on the Internet, watching films or videos, texting with friends, sending emails, video chatting, recording videos, taking pictures, using the navigator, accounting your burned calories in your works out, studying a second language and so on. All of this it’s a piece of cake because you can use app. By the way, you also can call to others! But obviously not everything is good news. Some disadvantages of smartphones are the battery, you have to recharge every day at least, it depends your use or if the mobile is old. Malware and virus it’s another problem. Most people that I know not use antivirus on their smartphone. On the other hand, this gadget is more control. The mobile can register your habits, your daily routines and this data is sent to Google or Apple and they use it I don’t know in what way… Another disadvantage is social media, more accessible on your smartphone and probably you’re spending a lot of time every day to manage you profile or profiles in many social media. But to be honest nowadays it’s an extension of my arm and I can’t live without them, probably for you it the same. It depends of us to manage smartphone in the right way.

Advantages and disadvantages of smartphones

Many people have a smartphone. In fact, in Spain I would say almost all people have a smartphone. I think it’s a good gadget because you can use it in many ways. These days a mobile phone it’s is not only a phone. A mobile it’s is near to nearly a personal computer.

The main advantage of a smartphone is that it’s very flexible. I mean, you can listen to music or podcasts, surfing* on the Internet, watching* films or videos, texting with friends, sending emails, video chatting, recording videos, taking pictures, using the navigator, accounting your burned calories in your works out workouts, studying a second language and so on. All of this it’s is a piece of cake because you can use apps. By the way, you also can call to others!

But obviously not everything is good news. Some disadvantages of smartphones are the battery, you have to recharge every day at least, it depends on your use or if the mobile is old. Malware and virus it’s is another problem. Most people that I know do not use antivirus on their smartphone. On the other hand, this gadget is more controlled. The mobile can register your habits, your daily routines and this data is sent to Google or Apple and they use it I don’t know in what way… Another disadvantage is social media, it's more accessible on your smartphone and probably you’re spending a lot of time every day to manage your profile or profiles in many social media.

But to be honest nowadays it’s an extension of my arm and I can’t live without them, probably for you it's the same. It depends of on us to manage our smartphone in the right way.

Nice job! A lot of the small errors are related to "it is", for example when to use both words and when to use just "it" or "is".

My corrections are in red and my suggestions to sound more natural are in blue/grey

You mixed the tenses at the beginning of the second paragraph. To keep the tenses consistent you would have to say either:

"you can listen to music or podcasts, surfing the Internet, watching films..."

"you can use it for listening to music or podcasts, surfing the Internet, watching films..."
