"Come around" can be used in many ways. 1. "I hope Susie will come around and say 'hi'!" come around meaning "stop by". 2. "She said no to my proposal, but she'll come around." come around meaning having a change of heart, or changing one's mind.

There is an expression used in colloquial english, at least in the USA - "he will come around" means to eventually see things the same way, or eventually understand. "Although he does not support our organization today, we think he will eventually come around. We just haven't fully explained things to him yet". The more literal meaning is as described above, the same as "to come by".
