1. "iseh" I think this just an error in typing. There's no word such as "iseh" 2. "thexy" is a slang word for sexy. When we say slang it is a colloquial language, mode of expression or a playful and trendy language. Thexy or sexy has the same meaning. Example: That girl is thexy. 3. "Out" has a lot of meanings and it is totally different from the word "about". However we have an idiom "out and about" which means regularly going out of the house to work, take part in social activity, etc., esp after an illness Example: a."Is Bob here today?" "No, he's not. He's out and about." When you say he is out and about, you are not being specific about where he has gone. b. "Did you spend much time at your hotel?" "No we did not. Most of the time we were out and about." c. "Where have you been all day?" "Oh, out and about."

'iseh' This word and the sentence is slang. In proper English it would be 'Is it because I'm black?'

For some reason (the logic of which escapes me), when a woman speaks with a slight lisp, it sounds sexy. So some people decided to pronounce "sexy" with a lisp: "thexy". 3. "iseh" = a very sloppy way of saying "is it?" You've probably noticed some British dialects put the "t" at the end of a syllable at the back of the throat. The phrase "is it because I'm black?" was made popular by Ali G, as a response to a rejection or refusal. It's probably quite complex to explain exactly how the comment works (also because it's on the touchy subject of racism), so whenever you see this glib quip, just assume the person is being a smart-alec. The general rule with this quote is to say it in the poorest English possible.

@Mohamed, As they have different spellings, anyone can notice the difference between their pronunciation. :) And I think you can't just say 'sexy' is correct that implies 'thexy' is not so. As an informal word or a colloquial word 'thexy' is also correct in speaking. By the bye, I think it's wrong that you said "there are no difference". Shouldn't it be "there 'is' no difference".
