how to spell quit and quite? how to make them different?
i still feel confuse how to make different in spelling "quit" and "quite" :L anyone wanna give a help?
Do you mean the pronunciation? Saying it?
quit = short 'i' sound
quite = long vowel, like kwait.
Adding a silent e usually means the vowel sound before it is long. Bit-bite, Tim-time, hat-hate, pan-pane, quit-quite...

Not really sure what you want, quit means to stop doing something.. sounds like kwit. Quite means completely, wholly, or entirely. To a considerable extent or degree ... The design has worked well, but not quite as expected.
