你可以这么理解： 小心眼就是小的心眼，心眼就好比是心上面的一个洞洞眼，洞洞眼大了，任何事情不管好事坏事过去就过去了，不会留下痕迹，但洞洞眼小了，不就穿不过去了吗？所以小心眼就是指狭隘的胸襟、短浅的眼光、多疑的心理状态以及在细琐事情上的小主意等等，所以最好的理解就是不宽容。 小气就是吝啬，不爱分享。但同样有狭隘的胸襟的意思。但是口语意义上的小气一般指吝啬。比如花钱小气。还有就是南方人用小气表达北方小心眼的意思。 总之，小气的使用范围大点，小心眼的人花钱不一定小气。

She is very 小气。（You can't say 小心眼here）
