If you have mentioned a time when you will meet again, then "talk then" is fine: "I'll see you at the weekend. (We'll / Let's) talk then." Without it referring to a period of time, "talk then" would be a command meaning "in that case, talk": A: Why do you never let me speak? B: Talk then!
