I don't know much about my country :D but about French writers, I like Antoine De Saint-Exupéry. I'd heard a lots about Victor Hugo, even we had a lesson about him in high school, but I've never had a change to read his novels. I'd watched a film base on his most famous novel called Les Misérables, and well, not very liked it :D
