Do you mean 'Are you ready?' I'm afraid that 'Are you soon?' is nonsense, unless you are talking to a Korean person whose name is 'Soon'. And by the way, 'u' and 'wanna' are not words. If you want people to take you seriously you have to write properly.

It sounds not good. I think that you can use: 1. "I can't wait to see you" 2."When you will come here?" 3. Will you come here soon / will you come soon?

Or: are you coming soon?

"Are you soon?" sounds very awkward and, if it had any meaning, I'd assume the other person was pregnant. As well as the other suggestions, you could use, "Are you ready yet?" I'm not sure about the exact context of "that he should come to me more quickly" - are you both preparing to do something, or is he coming from his place to your place?

You can ask "are you going to be ready soon" or will you be ready soon" or "what's taking so long?!"
