If you're in America, you can say "I'm stuffed", but don't say that in England! There, it means "I'm pregnant". Most people in America just say "I'm full" or "I've had enough", though.

Yo estoy lleno/a (de comida o despues de comer) se puede decir: "I am full," "I am stuffed," "I've had it," "Can't eat another bite," "That's it for me," por empezar. En general, se puede decir simplemente como, "I am full."
