Salam Abdul Karim,
You probably mean this fruit:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syzygium_samarangense
As Ahmad said, this fruit isn't available or known in our countries,
at least I've never seen it in Jordan before. It has many names:
"Water Apple", "Wax Apple" even though I read it doesn't taste like
an apple, "Bell Fruit" because it looks like a bell. It looks like it has
many health benefits. Is it available in Indonesia?
You can translate it as تفاح الماء/ فاكهة الجرس. There's another literal
translation for it "التفاح المشمّع" but I don't advise you to use it because
this term means something else in the Arab world, and what they
mean by it is covering real apples with a wax layer, which is unhealthy,
but they do that to make apples look good for a long time, but not
necessarily they are good from inside. So it's a way to deceive the
ones who want to buy apples.
