Do you have...? or Have you got...? What's the difference?

Both are correct, but 'have you got' is more common in British English and 'do you have' more common in American English.

Very good question. I think it's just nuance. 'Do you have' is normal and 'have you got' is a bit more casual, or something just at there moment, eg: Have you got any money on you? Is ok, but Have a got a brother? is a little strange..
