It’s sunny today. Mom has taken MeeMaw back home; now, her life is in God’s hands. Mom has scheduled a diet for her, as a last-ditch hope. But the hardest part is that we have to pretend she’ll be okay, as if it were just a case of indigestion. Mom couldn’t stop crying and almost exposed our secret.
