Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
It is believed that the employment opportunity for specific professional roles in medical and engineering spheres should be available in the country where they obtained this type of education, but the opponents think that the professionals should have chance to work everywhere around the world. The freedom to work as a doctor or engineer in other countries is possible if the government has the ability to recognize the standards of educational establishments, but sometimes the different countries have different rules.
On the one hand, the evaluation process for diplomas from other countries provides a way to continue career path for professionals, because this process allows to understand how many hours and which classes were taken in different countries. As a result, people can work everywhere as professionals. For example, in North America, the WES is a major company which can help to evaluate diplomas from other parts of the planet.
On the other hand, sometimes the standards for specific professions in different countries are different which means that the approach for building in North America for instance is not the same as in Europe because they use different materials, such as the bricks and metal constructions. But in America, the major buildings are the combination of wood studs and drywall. Consequently, in this case is not possible to work as an architect, for instance.
In my point of view, the most professional roles can be acceptable by other countries, because the globalization process could lead to optimization professional standards and allow people to work everywhere.
In conclusion, there are two controversial opinions regarding the ability to work as a professional in other countries.
