The freedom to work as a doctor or engineer in other countries is possible if the government has the ability to recognize the standards of educational establishments, but sometimes the different countries have different rules. On the one hand, the evaluation process for diplomas from other countries provides a way to continue career path for professionals, because this process allows to understand how many hours and which classes were taken in different countries. On the other hand, sometimes the standards for specific professions in different countries are different which means that the approach for building in North America for instance is not the same as in Europe because they use different materials, such as the bricks and metal constructions.
