Aiko-san is a fun and friendly Japanese tutor and I've enjoyed our lessons a lot so far! She encourages me to speak in Japanese with casual conversation which challenges me to use grammar and vocab in a natural way. She also provides materials for more structured study, covering new grammar points and concepts. This provides opportunities for me to use what I have learned by asking questions about the material in Japanese. Aiko-san likes to ask about my interests and uses these to make our conversations more entertaining and personal to me which I appreciate :) we share some similar interests which makes conversation flow naturally and provides insight into Japanese culture. Aiko-san has also provided additional materials and recommendations for language learning and discovering Japanese media. I would highly recommend Aiko-san as a tutor for learning Japanese. I find her patient and friendly approach to teaching reassuring and I always look forward to our next lesson!

Aiko san is really friendly and fun to talk to. She naturally brings in a variety of conversation topics and corrects your mistakes in a gentle way. She also often suggests new expressions and explains the differences between various words. She is very encouraging and will be impressed if you use the correct expressions or use more difficult words. Overall, it is what I expect and like from a fun and effective conversation class!
