Teacher Georgette

Another great lesson with Georgette! We had a fun Taglish convo to boost my listening skills, and I picked up new words like kuko 💅🏼. We also reviewed personal pronouns, and next time, she’s introducing a new topic. Georgette is super encouraging and a trustworthy teacher! I’m feeling more confident in my Tagalog journey thanks to her 😊

This is now my second lesson and I am very satisfied with how the class time goes and how the teacher really caters the time to my needs and weaknesses. She makes class enjoyable and helping me learn without feeling like I’m in class. I look forward to my future lessons with her!

Georgette is a great teacher!! We started learning about different markers in the class today. This is about my 10th or 11th class and I’m definitely seeing progress!

Learning a language on your own is never as fulfilling as learning with a native speaker who can point out the various nuances and cultural insights that you could never pick up from just reading a book. Georgette excels at providing those subtle details and I am always learning something new about the Tagalog language and Filipino culture from her.
