My name is Anna. I'm a 39-year-old native Russian speaker from Ukraine. I’m a certified Russian and English teacher with more than 8 years of experience. My hobbies are running, yoga, and walking in nature. I love learning languages. Recently I started studying programming. Cats and animals are an important part of my life. My favorite topics of discussion include: goals and dreams, relationships, life experiences, education, and career achievements.

I'll teach you all about the Russian and English languages, and we'll practice conversation and grammar together. I love both my native language as well as the English language. My intense study of both languages combined with my love for teaching have allowed me to create personalized lesson plans which convey these complex concepts in a fun, non-threatening way.

I cannot recommend Anna enough as a tutor. She is a very kind and patient person, and her lessons are well organized. I have been working with Anna for about 7 months and have already progressed further in my Russian language study than I did after 2 years of college coursework. She is kind and patient, and makes the very intimidating process of stumbling through learning another language feel safe, fun, and sometimes silly! Anna combines both the expertise of a language instructor with the instincts of a native speaker to help you develop real understanding of Russian language.
