Evelyn instructed me in her techniques for preparing the mind for learning a language. She placed me in a relaxed state that calmed my mind to learn. I was given a plan to develop my mind to learn Spanish over the next several sessions. She believes a calm mind greatly enhances your ability to learn. I always thought that learning a new language should not be stressful, but enjoyable. Evelyn seems to have the solution.
