Had another great lesson with Takahiro-sensei, Fun as usual with some good examples of explaining some grammer points. Takahiro starts every lesson by checking in on how everything is going, life and otherwise. This makes the lesson feel very personal and you know you have a teacher that cares for his students. And we had a little side note where I got a line from a song explained which I had a hard time understanding.

Very kind…even when I’m confused with some words but still very patient. The materials(text book) on screen share are also quite interesting( ´ ▽ ` )

So far I only have experience taking conversation lessons with Takahiro. I have to say, I really appreciate his method! Each week he works with me to make lessons engaging and help create a space for genuine growth. He can work using a variety of methods/styles that suit your needs. I highly recommend Trying a lesson, for any level of Japanese experience (especially those who are ready for conversation).

Very easy and helpful. I will definitely continue studying with Taka sensei.

たか先生は優しい人です。I had my first lesson and it was good, the teacher was incredibly calm and patient throughout the session, which made me feel comfortable from the start. Whenever I struggled to express myself or remember certain phrases, the teacher was really encouraging and gave me the time I needed to gather my thoughts. I’m looking forward to continuing my lessons!
