I immersed myself into UK English. 1.Blue sky thinking 2.Move the goal posts 3.put a pin in I 4.touch base 5.pick your brain 6.moving forward or going forward 7.low hanging fruits 8.on the same page 9.throw in at deep end 10.Bobs uncle it means easy They are all UK English and I'll use them in the future. Ella taught me UK general slangs like: I'm chuffed to the bits I'm made up there's nowt on TV I'm starving. let's order some scrat take away. There's are various accents in UK, Yorkshire, Mancunian,etc.,etc., I asked her people in one area understand people from another area without any problem. It's interesting. She introduced YouTube url for my review. Ella lesson is a good place to learn UK slangs
