Hello. My name is Alan, and I want to be your teacher. Are you struggling to learn and to speak English? Do you want more confidence? Do you want encouragement from a supportive friend?
As a student on Italki learning Spanish for over 3 ½ years, I understand the struggles to learn a new language. I understand how nervousness can prevent you from speaking because I started as a nervous student. Hiring high quality teachers on Italki has helped me to grow and has inspired me to want to help you. As an American, I'm eager to help you improve your pronunciation, comfort your fears, and encourage you to grow so you can have victories. I don't have skills to teach children. In our lesson we practiced the intonation in English, and if I'm honest, before this class I didn't realize the importance of the right intonation, that can help to not sound monotone, instead to transmit your intentions and feelings... thank you
