Hi everyone, I'm Aeva. I'm genuinely passionate about the English language, I really love teaching, and I love meeting new people from other cultures! In my spare time I'm a performance poet and I write short stories. I also love dancing, drumming, gardening, crafts, cooking, and travelling!

I have taught more than 4,000 English lessons to more than 6,000 students since Oct 2019, on various platforms and privately. I have consistently amazing feedback from students, with many becoming regulars (and friends!), and lots saying I am the best teacher they've ever had!
I'm very friendly and encouraging and put even the shyest students at ease. I provide instant correction and feedback on grammar, vocabulary, British pronunciation, and I will help you to find the most natural way to express your ideas clearly. I use a variety of teaching methodologies in my lessons, primarily Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) - helping my students achieve fluency by improving your ability to communicate in real life contexts, unique to your individual circumstances.
Together with grammar practice when appropriate, I will help you structure your spoken (and written, if required) English correctly, to enable you express your personal ideas and experiences clearly and naturally.
My lessons are challenging but fun! I use authentic, relevant, high quality, interesting and current materials from a wide range of sources. I am an open, friendly and flexible person, and I genuinely care deeply about my students.Мой учебный материал

PA / Legal SecretaryFor more than a decade I worked in a private bank and various law firms, assisting fee earners and lawyers as a PA or Legal Secretary, in tax, fiduciary, corporate/commercial, property, family/criminal and civil litigation law practices. I am familiar with British legal language, and general administrative tasks such as: email writing, telephone skills, formal business language, creating/amending legal documentation, presentations, bookkeeping, diary management etc.

Aeva is a great teacher, I’ve done a few classes with her, and I already see my improvements in my conversation skills. She is bloody energetic, which really helps keep things fun and dynamic. I always finish the class with a lot of knowledge and unexpected new English words that I'm starting to use daily at work and with friends. She is always adapting the classes to topics that I'm interested in, which makes it more motivating.

Aeva is the best English teacher I have ever studied a foreign language with. Before each class, she provides me with a variety of interesting materials to discuss in class. The classes have a very good atmosphere, Aeva is very patient and prepared, the class notes are retrievable creating a real learning opportunity.
