Hey, everyone. I'm Letícia and I'm from Brazil but I've been living in Canada for a while now. I'm fascinated about learning languages and about how ours brains work during that process.
It all started when I started learning English as a 5 year-old. I graduated from Law School in 2018. I love sports, especially football (American football) and soccer. I love to travel. I'm also a language learner as I'm currently learning French.
In January 2021 I sat my IELTS test, which conceded me a level C2.

After I finished high school (2013, when I was 17) I was hired by a local Language School to teach English part-time, as I had also started Law School. I graduated from Law School but decided to keep teaching, which is something I do until this day and intend to do for a long time. So I have plenty of experience.
I've used books from several widely known institutions and have attended several trainings, but I find that conversation is the best way to learn as all the other aspects of the language can be developed from that.Мои уроки и стиль преподавания
Conversation can be used to learn all other aspects of the language. So, what I do with most students is choose a topic that will require a certain vocabulary and grammar structure and build from that. For example, talking about life experiences is a great topic to practice and teach present perfect. Another example is teaching simple past through talking about traveling.
If required a longer plan of study can be developed for the student, including vocabulary, grammar, listenings and articles. I can also provide homework.
