Bonjour et bienvenue !
Born and raised in Toulouse, France, I've been teaching foreign languages since 2012.
I studied literature, second language acquisition, psychology, and cinema in three different universities : in France (Toulouse and Paris), in the UK (Reading) and in the US (Missoula, MT).
I fell in love with language learning in high school, when our English teacher decided to put on "A Midsummer Night's Dream", and although my performance as Puck was at best mediocre, the hard work, laughs, friendships and teaching methods still inspire me today.

I thrive on finding new methods, materials, and study plans for my students.
As a language learner myself, I believe that the best way to continually improve your language skills is to "frenchify" or "anglicise" your daily life.

I have attached a certificate of employment from the University of Montana, from 2014.
I cannot provide an examiner accreditation because I never needed one to prepare students for the tests, only to mark them during examination sessions, for which my presence was never required.
I’m passionate about language tests and I’m able to get students the results they paid for. Please don’t take this away from me.

Thanks to Adrien, I was extremely well prepared for the DELF B2 French exam and had little to no difficulty on all 4 épreuves. He will cover all the various topics needed using interesting, current, and diverse resources to enrich your knowledge. His suggested strategies were 100% effective, helping me complete tasks on the real day with ample of extra time to check through my work. If you want to pass the DELF, this is the teacher.
Adrien is exceptionally talented and passionate at what he does (I am a teacher myself and I recognize it immediately.) First, his strong level of bilingualism in FR and ENG helped me clarify the nuances between the two languages. Not only is he exceptionally organized and able to adjust to your level, his charming personality and humor make the lessons fun amidst the difficulty. He is able to gauge your level and knows how to challenge or lighten the load to not overwhelm you.

Adrien is a skilled teacher and knows how to adjust classes based on the level and students' preferences. He uses communicative methods to develop speaking and enhance real world grammar. I am learning tons on new stuff in French and it's been great experience so far.

He provided materials before class so that I could be prepared for our discussion, and he also sent detailed written feedback afterwards that helped me enormously as I reviewed the lesson on my own. He tailored our discussion to fit not only my level but also my interests. I really appreciate all the effort and time he puts in to the lessons!

Adrien est clairement un prof expérimenté : il comprend comment répondre aux besoins des étudiants et il a structuré la leçon sur la pronunciation de facon logique et intéressante. Il m'a donné des explications claires et il a repondu à mes questions, tout en m'aidant à me sentir un peu plus à l'aise, même si j'ai un peu peur de travailler sur la pronunciation. J'ai hâte pour la prochaine leçon. Merci !
