I grew up in a jungle in Borneo, helping my mother work the land. We would forage through the forest and fish the rivers for our food. She taught me our ancestral wisdom, just as her parents taught her: to live with nature and honour its spirit. All these memories have a special place in my soul that led me to study Biology. In addition to having a degree in Biology, I completed a master's degree in Sustainable Development in 2023.
Armed with interdisciplinary knowledge, I am passionate about positively impacting the world, including teaching Bahasa Indonesia and introducing my wonderful nation to the world.Показать перевод

My teaching experience ranges from formal to informal settings, from international schools in Bali to private tutoring for over five years. I am confident that my interdisciplinary background will enable me to create a more holistic approach to teaching and provide students with a more comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the subject matter. I am also passionate about incorporating real-world examples from biology and sustainable development into my lessons to make them more interesting and relevant.
Also, as someone who lives in a multicultural environment, I understand the difficulties my students have when learning a new language. I can be patient, and I am a good listener.Мои уроки и стиль преподавания

Being myself a science journalist and a travel writer, I was first attracted by Diana’s profile who, in addition of being a teacher, is also a biologist and a poet. So many skills and qualities that she uses for her teaching, making my study a moment of pleasure during which I make progress in Indonesian much faster than I hoped or imagined. A choice that really I do not regret.
