Elsa Mota

Elsa is an exceptional teacher. She was attentive and genuinely interested in what I was saying, so I felt relaxed during the lesson. She asked thoughtful questions to get me speaking more, so I felt like I got a lot of conversation practice. She gave the perfect amount of feedback, using the text box to show me my corrections. She was patient, and I enjoyed the calm pace of the lesson--she listened closely to me, allowing me to finish my sentences instead of interrupting me with a correction in the middle of a phrase. I will definitely take more lessons with her because I believe my Portuguese will improve quickly with her style of teaching.

Elsa is professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. In our first lesson we designed a plan of action to help address my weak points in Portuguese. I'm am looking forward to working with her more in the future.
