I’ve been taking russian lessons from Irina for a while off and on and I can say that she’s the best I’ve met! She is ever so patient me and my mistakes. She sets the lesson difficulty and pace according to my ability. She also gives me homework and runs through them on our next lesson. Thanks to her help, I was able to be confident in speaking when I was in Latvia in 2022. I highly recommend Irina!

My first lesson with Irina was more difficult and intense than I expected, more than likely due to my severe anxiety. I was given a reading task in which I did not understand the majority of what I was reading but it was definitely helpful, I was taking in information without really realizing. Sort of training my brain to read and speak in Russian even though I didn't understand what I was reading and saying. It was a little too intense and difficult for me. The lesson was fantastic but it wasn't tailored to my ability. Regardless, I still rate Irina 5 stars!

Great teacher, highly recommend! She is very knowledgeable, patient and always willing to help. I have been taking lessons with Irina for the last few months and learnt a lot so far. Спасибо!
