I am a professional and an experienced teacher of all South Slavic languages. I am an experienced instructor and native speaker of Macedonian, Croatian and Serbian. I have many years of experience in teaching. In my classes, I exclusively use materials in Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian and Bulgarian, as well as own personal materials. It is also worth mentioning that I am a strong supporter of the modern communicative approach.

My targets are everyone who wants to learn English, Bosnian and Serbian languages. I am patient and willing to work with beginners who need to learn language from scratch, or with advanced level students who just need refinement of their skills. I like an effective way of communication with my students where I learn about their language levels and preferences before we start with a lesson which helps me to prepare accordingly.

Ph.D. with 17+ years of experience teaches ESL and SSL to schoolers and adults. All my life I have been trained "to be the best teacher" and "help students achieve their goals", so, I did my best. I worked for 5 years in secondary and high school, where I taught English, South Slavic language(s) and literature. Then, I worked for a while as an Expert Associate in the Education Research at the Methodology Department of Faculty of Sport. Also, I was active in the fields of project coordination, curriculum development, workshops for self-esteem development and programs for intercultural sensitivity and competence.

I know it might be "not so much attractive" to hear that someone is from Serbia or another Balkan country but the best thing about this is that I can teach you serbian, croatian, bosnian, montenegrian:-). I would say these languages are all the same with small regional differences and it is a kind of political issue that we all call it differently. I know that many people prefer native speakers, but it can sometimes be tricky. The native speakers are good teachers only if they are foreign langauge teachers, believe me. Native Serbian teacher with 8 years of experience I have been teaching English for almost a decade now, I have started giving lesions back in middle school. The age of my students varied from as young as 5 to as old as 65, so I have experience with many different students in many different stages of life.
