I have experience as a Music Education Teacher in the areas of initial, primary and secondary. I have also been a private guitar and singing teacher for 20 years now, for children, adolescents and adults.

I teach using interactive storytelling (TPRS) and other Comprehensible Input-based techniques. I help you acquire Spanish through engaging stories and games – and not through repetitive grammar exercises. My students say that learning Spanish with me helps them better communicate with native speakers and understand Latin American culture. And as a Literature major, I'm also able to provide Spanish through Literature lessons for advanced Spanish speakers.

I have experience in teaching Spanish online for groups and individual from different backgrounds, from basic to advanced learners. My goal as a teacher is to provide you with the tools to become fluent in any kind of situation and any Spanish speaking country. I am also very patient and will always make sure that you learn at your own pace. Finally, I consider that culture is an important aspect for language learning, so I try to include it in our lesson to make them more interesting and fun.

I have never liked boring lessons and I like dynamism, so I would define myself a teacher who likes that students can learn having fun and with joy. At the same time, I adore grammar and I think it is very important to study and internalize it in order to speak well a foreign language. Finally, during my classes I like to speak a little bit about culture of the language we are studying and to do some language structure’s comparisons which are very interesting to understand how languages work (a little bit of linguistics help).

As a community tutor since more than 4 years, every student I work with is different with unique experience, age, personality and different goals to achieve.
