I am very creative and a little bit crazy! I write stories, make podcasts and videos, and love teaching. I believe anyone can learn a language, and I’m here to help you do it the fun way.

I was very lucky to have kind, patient language teachers at school. Based on my experiences, I want to make the classroom a fun, comfortable environment for you.
I have a strong theoretical knowledge of language learning from studying linguistics at university. I read the latest research on language learning so that I can teach as well as possible.
Based on this research, I don't do traditional grammar and vocabulary exercises in class. You can study vocabulary and grammar for hours, but you won't be able to use them naturally in conversation. What you need is to hear and read lots of language that you understand (comprehensible input). So my classes focus on giving you lots of this.My lessons & teaching style
We will write stories together. You give the ideas, I adapt it to your level. You'll have so much fun you forget you're learning! After the class, you can reread the stories and do exercises based on them as homework.
We can also use stories from my podcast, Easy Stories in English. For example, I will present a story in simple language to you during class, and then you can read the full story yourself for homework. Then we can discuss it together. Or we can discuss TV shows, films, music and other things that you like. I love learning about my students' interests and lives and discussing them together.My teaching material

Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages - Bath College - 2018The CELTA is a 120 TEFL course. There were input sessions, observed teaching practice with feedback, and four written assignments, based around needs analysis, creating materials, and self-evaluation.

This was an excellent introduction to this tutor. He spoke clearly and not too quickly. He was happy to give further explanations in English or Spanish and I am going to take further lessons with him. I feel very excited about my Spanish journey with this tutor.
